Payment:

We accept payment via cash, demand draft, or all major credit/debit cards. Our terms require full payment when ordering products, whether in bulk or as samples. If the items are in stock, we will ship them within 7 days. If not, we will confirm the delivery date once we receive confirmation from the supplier.

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it for a refund. Please ship the product back to us, and we will process a refund after deducting 25% of the total amount paid to cover transaction fees, handling, and storage costs. Please note that all goods remain the property of the company until payment is made in full.
